The annual general meeting will be within 60 days of the end of the financial year. Generally, during February.* Meeting notices will be posted on this website and given by e-blast to the membership.

*Meeting timing will depend on:

Conflicts with other major community events
Adequate time for committees to submit their reports and budgets
Adequate notice to BOD
