Board of Directors Meeting Schedule
The Board will meet 4 times a year as follows:
1st Quarter: during April*
2nd Quarter: during July*
3rd Quarter: during October*
4th Quarter: during January*
Within 60 days of the end of the financial year
Generally during February*
Meeting notices will be posted on this website and given by e-blast to the membership.
*Meeting timing will depend on:
Conflicts with other major community events
Adequate time for committees to submit their reports and budgets
Adequate notice to BOD
